01 Who I am

Passionate about
the reinvention of the human.

I'm a trainer and coach for professionals and executives. My path blends a plural expertise — practitioner and manager in the corporate world, researcher and academic, and finally positive-psychology coach.

I'm nourished by the impact I create, accompanying professionals and future professionals along their path of growth — building competence, confidence and maturity along the way.

Thriving today is no longer about holding a magic recipe. Knowledge is no longer scarce — putting it into practice is the whole question. That calls for a different kind of support.

Every engagement is crafted as an experience — in content as much as in design — shaped by three convictions.
